This Head-tube adapter was conceived as a basket holder/adapter for the 2012/2013 Cannondale Hooligan. One specific company in Japan made those baskets. Due to poor reception and sales, it was canceled and the adapters where only included with bikes, made or packaged in 2012.
With the Frame refresh in 2014, the weld on threads were deleted!
