Für alle die Angst um ihr Garantie haben wegen Neupulverung. Der GIROMECHANIKER hatte bei Transition angefragt, und das kam zurück:
Powdercoating your frame is perfectly fine with us – we always love to see customers getting creative with their paint. It will not affect your warranty against manufacturing defects, however; be sure to have it done by a professional. Amatures will occasionally over-sandblast the bearing pockets and cause the bearings not to press in appropriately. Likewise, over baking the powder can damage the heat treatment of the frame. So be sure it’s done correctly and you’ll be just fine.
Be sure to send us some photos when you’re all done with it! Enjoy!
