Mona Mitterwallner ist noch voll im Geschäft um den Gesamtsieg. Cannondale hat zwar noch keine Etappe gewonnen, im Gesamtklassement liegen Lill/Mitterwallner aber nur 2:29 Minuten hinter Ghost!
Auf und davon! Ghost setzt sich an der Spitze ab!
Nicole Koller kämpft sich durch die Hitze Südafrikas. Der Kampf lohnt sich allerdings mächtig fürs Ghost-Team.

Bei den Damen zeigte Alexis Skarda heute eine starke Vorstellung. Die US-Amerikanerin drückte das Gaspedal immer wieder mächtig durch, konnte am Ende mit Vera Looser aber nicht in den Kampf ums Podium einsteigen.
Anne Terpstra (links vorne) und Nicole Koller (rechts vorne) haben die Lage im Griff und bestimmen das Tempo. In den ersten vier Tagen ist die Rollenverteilung im Damenfeld eindeutig.
