2 hands full of towny models were welded up by Willits in 96/97 and later with the Nano 29" tire arrival, most got modified to fit the new BIG WHEEL advantage...
Not this one though, however the process followed by Wes was to put the rear wheel in the very end of the vertical dropouts and then pull the fork blades minutely precise out of the segment sleeved Cunningham fork crown to clear the front wheel!
Brakebosses had to be relocated and part of the original paintjob saved with a 2nd color overlay.
