Doesn't have to be exact as you have so many ways to adjust the fender to conform to the tire... Ball and socket at the Fender and the post, post lengths and post angle, attachment to the original bracket, etc.
Basically place it in space you want it and then tighten down all the different screws... fine tune as needed! Have fun!

By the way, Döppelganger has discontinued their production. A taiwanese manufacturer called "Qbicle" sells the same fender as the "QF235". https://www.qbicle.com.tw/product_detail.php?psn=146
