serious plans were made for the Phoenix framesets in 91/92
...after the introduction of "Wtb`s own" branded frame which essentially was a steel frame radically redisigned by Charlie and masterfully build in manners of the CCR frames, which then in turn were equipped with fully size Steve Potts decals later on.
... before Steve Potts Cross Country Racers had minimal decals on tt as an inofficial inhouse framset in pre Phoenix days.
