Likely this pic was taken as 10year anniversary ..
serious plans were made for the Phoenix framesets in 91/92
...after the introduction of "Wtb`s own" branded frame which essentially was a radically redesigned steel construction by Charlie and masterfully build in manners of the CCR frames, which then in turn were equipped with full size Steve Potts decals later on.
... before so as in the pic above "Steve Potts Cross Country Racers" had minimal decals on tt as an inofficial inhouse framset in pre Phoenix days.
