What awesome day this was. Glad I spend it on that mountain, documented it. That pic does not give you a correct impression of the weather that made this raceday an unforgotten one. But when a real DH fan spot @mattilehikoinen and @samhill13 they will know anyway, what day it was. Both became winners. One using a strategy, his impression of a weather phenomenon and a bit of a gambling strategy, the other just ignored all elements, rode the track like nobody could believe it even possible and stunned everyone by finishing on the podium. Downhill is such incredible sport, full of great stories.
