A custom builder can build anything if he can conceive it, Here we have a Potts variant of what looks like a simple "unicrown" fork after Gary Fisher went to Japan with drawings by Charlie Cunningham. This was 1983 when the first such "pre bent tubing for the crown area" became available to the market.
However internally what is pictured turns out an extra robust tandem compatible tubing to build a super rare Type3 Cunningham design and incorporating good tracking stiffness with comfort via cured blades tips.. The stiffer tubing choice balances auto steer and side to side flex as Charlie wrote in his infopack.
