So... lets talk Titanium Frames (Again)!
2024 Production run!
Do to reinvigorated popular demand, inquires and serious demand, I met with my Titanium supplier and we agreed on a run of frames! Also with a concrete demand and expected numbers we were able to agreed on a lower price!
If I can finalize the order in the next several weeks, the estimated delivery to me, from the date of confirmed order, will be 3 to 4 Months!
The frame is a very close re-imagination of the 2012 to 2018 Hooligan frame and mimics the overall measurements of the original frame and it does feature some Aqua-formed Tubes versus round (Like the 2012/13 Model) so will take all original parts and components that came with that specific model year, including the EBB, the wheels, the 1.5 Headset and supplied fork, etc! You can either transfer all parts from your Hooligan you own and upgrade later or just start from scratch with a fresh frame and use Cannondale parts or replacement parts to complete the build!
(Hooligan parts from 2008 - 2011 will fit but keep in mind that the fork used on those bikes is a 26 inch version and has a 1 1/8 steerer tube versus the later 28 inch fork with 1.5 inch steerer tube! Also the Crown-height differs by 20mm which changes the geometry of the bike!)
To be able to accommodate the Belt-drive (Belt-wheels up to 70 Tooth ) and secure a proper belt line, the tire size is limited to 2.2 Inch. (That's what my personal Prototype is capable off!)
On Offer are two versions of the frame: Version #1 designed for Internal Gear Hub and derailleur and a Version #2 for the use of the Pinion Gearbox!
So the good news up front!
The current price for the Version #1 frame (as its pictured) is (Swiss Francs) CHF 2200.- instead of the original CHF 2500.-
The new Price for the Version #2 or Pinion version is: (Swiss Francs) CHF 2400.- instead of the original CHF 2800.-
(plus Worldwide Postage from Switzerland or Germany, whatever makes more sense for the final destination!)
That includes a 10 Year warranty on the frame for the original buyer (free repairs or replacement)! Also after that you have a lifelong guaranty for frame damage repairs as long as the company exists that made the frame (not a free repair but assurance)!
The frame features:
- 1.5 Inch headtube (EC 49, like the original)
- Bottom Bracket optimized for a standard eccentric BB (54mm x 68mm) for instance the original Cannondale or Bushnell, etc.
- 135mm Vertical dropouts with Derailleur Hanger
- Frame Lock for Gates Belt-Drive
- Uses universal kickstand adapter on left rear chain-stay
- Will feature flat mount brake adapters (SI adapters will be provided if requested during order!)
- 4 Alu Cable management brackets
- Frame will be delivered “Ready for assembly” that means all bearing seats will be cut or machined in advanced!
Pinion Frame will additionally feature: (Depending on the number of Pinion frame orders)
-Titanium Pinion Bridge
- QR or 12mm Trough-axle due to TBD
- either movable drop outs or belt tensioner due to TBD
Due to the style and nature of frame, internal cable routing is not possible/feasible!
Variations and additions as eyelids and the like are possible but must be communicated at the time of order and will incur additional cost and possible delivery delays!
Additionally we agreed on manufacturing additional rare or hard to find Hooligan components in Titanium, like overlong Seat-posts, Stems and we are in talks about Forks!

Partial or full builds are available but will be separately discussed after frame purchase!
Any order will have to be accompanied with a 50% downpayment as I am footing the Production bill out of my own pocket!
I am posting this due to popular demand, so be kind and don't bash my head in! It's not a money maker, just want to share the opportunity as Cannondale repeatedly told me that they are not interested in reviving the model and will not produce that bike again and decent Hooligan frames and full bikes are getting harder and harder to find!
This is a professionally build frame, by a reputable Swiss Bicycle Manufacturing Company with more than 16 years of experience in building Titanium Bikes and Components and conforms to all international legislation and safety laws!
