Thanks for adding me to the group. This my late 70's Tom Ritchey. I bought it from Gary Fisher in 1986 and before being Gary's it was allegedly one of Tom's personal bikes. Ritchey told me the crankset was a gift from Tulio Campagnolo, 180MM factory anodized Super Record. Cheers!
