its worthy of noting a few things about J.M.
one of the first bikes he was well acquainted wit was a friends Trailmaster..

.. he later designed the Project2 fork for Kona which many custom builds used as an aftermarket upgrade because it was such a well performing unit.
essentially that fork was a reinterpretation of Koskis original straightblade Duratrack design
Murray moved on to design for vodoo cycles later in his carrier
