#26 was stolen in the 90s and likely stripped of of its army paintjob. As the only lonely part this stem remained with Gene OG owner, since he had build the bike with some custom pinchbolt salsa stem later on while the bike vanished.
this stem was cut and brazed by CC
(small signs invisible/hard to grasp - if not upclose.. such as matchmarks in 2nd pic or tightly ground pinchbolts)
