This is/was Charlie Cunninghams personal Phoenix,
He custom specced the imperial powerboss brakestuds on the fork upfront and would have quite likely done the same out back but here no modifications to the rear triangle as left how Steve made the frame.
Parts strictly made by CC are the brakelinkages, custom hand filed freewheel, the dropbar gooseneck stem and that seatpostclusterzone ( we germans like long words)
Other parts which used to be Custom CC Parts before, by then became series wtb/Ibis supply such as hubs, handlebars and brakearms..
