Über acht Tage hinweg waren Beers und Sarrou die konstantesten Fahrer und sind somit die verdienten Sieger des Cape Epic 2021
Den Tagessieg machten schließlich die beiden Spitzenteams untereinander aus: Dabei wurden die Gesamtsieger Matthew Beers und Jordan Sarrou von Hans Becking und José Dias mit einem später ausbezahlten Bier bestochen
