This Picture among other hams made me start this album and discover the offroad drop quest...
Build in the 1984 by Charlie Cunningham as a custom fit of geometry right between the racer and indian model (which essentially means medium length chainstays for CC standards).
Indian and Racer models both similarly evolved in geometry angles throughout the 80s while Charlie built these bikes but their Chainstay difference was significant.
His late bikes given it were the 90s mostly morphed into what the Racer Geometry was and culminated in the WTB Phoenix design, which then developed under Steve Potts to a whole new level.
