some early all steel JB series ll/lll Breezer models got Steve Potts type1 forks and fewer also a Potts stems.. all that of course was happening in Marin CA..
..such notion was followed here with this late American Breezer from 89, where a Joe Breeze geometry was carried out by ABM in Minnesota fusing the still relatively novel to Mountainbiking aluminum material with state of the art custom steel design characteristics. The old parts for the cockpit go well with the decal set from Joe on this/his first ever alum bike.
Altogether the bike turns out more of a stable "cunningesque aluminum o potts" race and dh rig.
Old aluminum Magura bars for "days as wide as weeks" (non cut 840mm) with 70° dh oriented slack headtube angle - In fact those bars are on #bloonerham, #26 (camo painted ham from G.M.) and many a Breezer.
Good thing an early (Charlie tacked and Potts brazed) ahead stem with pc quill adapter lets you utilize a Suntour cable stop custom shimmed inside to make (an)other cable stop`s braze on surplus - Short stack Dura Ace topnut on low stack nologo King (pc with king staring to make em in 89 to go with frame if the same year) to further minimize overall height.
