Sandy Hague: My Ld was the First ever made, it's a type 2 fork crown (bend). It was a prototype. Charlie must've cut the insert down for the second and later one(s) as it only had the one (sized) clamp bolt(s). Later they went over the steerer without the stud (bolted on the later invented new back then/conical wedge system).
