Carbon Racer (Weight Weenie) Project:

Lets go for as light as it goes... Goal: Sub 7 Kilogram

- Lefty Rigid: custom, carbon (ca. 450 grams)
- Lefty Carbon Steerer Adapter 340mm (200 grams)
- Seat Post: custom, carbon (ca. 250 grams)
- Seat Post clamp: custom, carbon (20 grams)
- Seat: fabric ALM, carbon (148 grams)
- Stem: custom, Titanium (230 grams)
- Handlebar: custom, carbon, 570mm (ca. 160 grams)
- Grips: fabric Silicon push on (115 grams)
- Wheel set: Trispoke, carbon (ca. 1200 grams)
- Tires/tubes: 2x Conti Grandprix 28-406 (2x 210 grams, 2x 100 grams = 620 grams)
- Components: SRAM eTap 1x11 (270 grams)
- Bottom Bracket: Bushnell Featherweight (155 grams)
- Crank set: Hollowgram (ca. 580 grams)
- Chainwheel: Fibre-Lyte Carbon 60T (70 grams)
- Adapter: Hollowgram Spider 130BCD (53 grams)
- Pedals: Crank brothers (ca. 290 grams)
- Kassette: T3 Bailout, 9-32T (220 grams)
- Chain: 11 Speed (ca. 250 grams)
- Brakes: XTR M9000 Race Hydraulic Brakes (Front: 190 grams, Rear: 206 grams)
- Brake Disc: RT86 XT Icetech 160mm (2x 115 grams) or Alpha Carbon Ceramic (2x 41 grams)
- Brake Adapters: Shimano 160mm including screws (front: 26 grams, rear: 33 grams)

Current theoretical weight = 7.1 Kilo... so far... so good!
