the 2 bikes charlie made for bullmoose bars here had, a) pretty slack fork situation to keep in line with the Ritchey steering fixed angle compoment element aka Bullmoose (some got a treatment of brazing for modified shifter placement). b) smoothing of the welds with automotive paint filler to achive an eye pleasing overall paintjob (significant extra costs involved even back then..)
