Unverändert an der Spitze der Mixed-Wertung: Laura Stark (vorne) und Sebastian Stark (hinten)
Morgen geht's weiter mit der vierten Etappe von Saronsberg ins Slanghoek-Tal. Auf 73 Kilometer werden keine großen Veränderungen in der Gesamtwertung zu erwarten sein, doch jeder Tag beim Cape Epic birgt Tücken
Pechvögel des Tages #1: Mariske Strauss (links) und Candice Lill (rechts) wurden frühzeitig durch einen Sturz zurückgeworfen und konnten so nur bedingt in den Kampf um den Tagessieg bei den Damen eingreifen
